Before you request a recalibration repair

Be sure you have read the instruction manual and have attempted several calibrations at various circumferential postions around the calibration cylinder. Be sure the walls of the cylinder are not touching the frame of the device or it will give a false high reading.

If you are still having issues, feel free to request a recalibration repair. Typical turnaround time is 8-12 business days.

Request Service or Maintenance

If your device has been damaged, has stopped reading pressure or compression, or does not perform as expected, please email us for a repair/maintenance authorization (RMA). Our repair fees $100 + parts needed to complete the repair. Typical turnaround time is 12-15 business days.
